As a Dentist at GEDC, you will be involved in examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing dental procedures. We are seeking a committed Dentist with outstanding clinical skills and a patient-centric approach.

• Perform examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and a range of dental procedures.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care and contribute to the future of dental excellence.

• Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities
• Earn a minimum of 32% of production based upon experience and clinical capabilities
• Opportunity to earn performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program

• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time (4-5 days per week)
• Multi-provider practice

• Clinical Expertise:
  Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures. Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
• Treatment Planning:
  Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Educate patients on options to support informed decision-making.
• Patient Care:
  Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and build positive relationships with patients.

  Work with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations; guide treatment plans, protocols, and best practices.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Follow established clinical protocols including infection control and safety measures; follow specialty referral guidelines when necessary.

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted dental license
• Proficiency in performing routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments
• Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education
