Dental Office Manager

We are a fast‑paced, fee‑for‑service dental organization that focuses on providing high‑quality comprehensive dental care to every patient. We are looking for the best and brightest dental office managers who share our passion for serving our patients and communities.

$75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr

• Office located in Jacksonville, Florida
• Full‑time
• Total compensation: $75,000 – $95,000

• Manage the office workflow for ultimate optimization
• Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date
• Prepare for the following day by reviewing and auditing patient charts
• Present and close on patient treatments
• Proactively take initiative and think ahead to help provide better customer service
• Provide strong leadership to the entire team at the office

• 3+ years’ experience in a dental office
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi‑task
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player and communication
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
