Location& Travel
Senior Architect/Project Manager – Mission Critical, Coral Gables office or other Florida offices. You will serve as the primary client point of contact and will travel to client sites across the US as required.
What a day at EXP has in store for you – Responsibilities- Project Leader representing EXP’s interests, leading design and technical teams from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase.
- Coordinate with Program Manager and Project Manager to establish project schedules.
- Supervise in‑house team and outside subconsultants across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring detailed design and technical coordination.
- Develop design documents, participate in client presentations, and ensure compliance with building codes and ADA requirements.
- Oversee bid and construction phase activities in the office and in the field, acting as a technical resource for all project teams.
- Travel to client sites across the US for surveys or client meetings.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture;
Licensed Architect required. - Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with strong knowledge of architectural practice, client interaction, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Experience on mission‑critical projects preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD;
Revit proficiency preferred, along with Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch Up. - Ability to balance client and PM expectations while meeting project deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading interdisciplinary design teams.

CompensationCompetitive salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience and market conditions).
