- Hands‑on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
- Good math skills

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be willing to make site visits and accurately survey commercial and residential properties
- Additional certification from the American Design Drafting Association (ADDA) is a plus
