Hoefer Welker has openings for an Architect Level III with 8+ years of experience. The Architect III will be responsible for managing, designing, and delivering building projects efficiently and effectively, coordinating with in-house staff and external AEC teams according to office standards and processes. Responsibilities include involvement from schematic design through construction, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating consultants, and directing project production.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent; 8+ years of experience as a project architect; current architectural license; NCARB registration and LEED Green Associate are preferred. Valid driver’s license required.

• Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint and Newforma preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Leadership, decision-making, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to deliver high-quality design solutions and documentation.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
