Our successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our architectural team design and operations, leading and mentoring young associates, developing relationships with current and new clients in the region, and collaborating with a diverse client list.

• Serve as an Architect while leading a multi-discipline project team of architects, interior designers, and building engineers for successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and assign tasks to junior and support staff for project duration. Manage discipline and small multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to company and project contractual requirements.
• Engage with clients and strengthen our presence within the region as a service provider that focuses on cost-effective and creative design solutions.
• Utilize and encourage the best uses of design technologies for presentation and production purposes while championing BIM technologies.
• Design and develop architectural work, including planning and conducting work requiring advanced techniques for projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Perform analyses of design, planning, occupancy, cost analyses, site selection, and limited design layouts.
• Prepare project specifications, analyze relevant data, and prepare complete project documents, analyses, and reports.
• Prepare and present drawings, visual aids, and presentations.
• Perform quality control reviews and ensure achievement of key milestones; conduct field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction to ensure adherence to plans.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on budget and workload projections.

• Bachelor’s of Architecture degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 5+ years of design experience
• Professional Registration required
• Strong marketing, sales, production and team-building skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Photoshop
