Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Design Project Manager for a construction engineering company in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pre-final and final architectural design projects for large construction new builds. Once projects are awarded, you will be responsible for managing $50-100M projects and the teams within, including 3-6 project architects and a consulting team that varies in size.
You will oversee all architectural design, Revit models, drafting, and creation of design documents. You will also be responsible for running high level client meetings to ensure project success. The salary for this position is $115-150k, with a hybrid schedule in Jacksonville FL

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Architectural license required
- 15+ years of project architecture experience
- Experience with commercial/federal projects
- Experience managing large projects - at least $25M in size
- Experience leading client interactions
- 10+ years of experience designing in Revit
- Strong technical skills to lead and hands on design
