OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Audio-Visual Systems & Event Technology Specialist to support a dynamic, fast-moving environment focused on collaboration, innovation, and high-quality production. This role is ideal for a technically driven professional who enjoys designing, building, and operating integrated AV solutions for live events, broadcasts, and collaborative spaces.
You will work hands‑on with advanced audio, video, networking, and control systems to deliver reliable, high-impact experiences for internal events and day-to-day global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and support live and recorded large‑scale internal events, presentations, and broadcast‑style streams
- Enable seamless global collaboration through reliable audio, video, and conferencing systems
- Assemble, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain professional audio and video equipment for events and meeting spaces
- Install, configure, and commission commercial AV systems including DSP, control systems, cameras, video routing, processing, and conferencing platforms
- Design, build, and maintain conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and event venues to ensure optimal performance and usability
- Implement and support digital signage solutions, including hardware deployment, software configuration, and ongoing maintenance
- Utilize theatrical lighting, projection systems, camera workflows, and image processing techniques to deliver polished, high‑quality visual experiences
- Support and maintain AV‑over‑IP environments and networked media systems
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in audio‑visual, broadcast, or related technical fields
- Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn, problem‑solve, and adapt in a fast‑changing environment
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, signal flow diagrams, and system schematics
- Experience installing, configuring, and commissioning commercial AV systems, including digital audio, video conferencing, control systems, and video distribution
- Hands‑on experience in live and broadcast audio roles (A1 and/or A2)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including AV‑over‑IP, VLANs, Dante, QLAN, and related protocols
- Strong IT background with the ability to design and support network infrastructure for audio and video over network environments
- Familiarity with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) and projector‑based display systems
