Technical Product Manager

Our team is innovating where AI, blockchain, and decentralized ecosystems intersect to power transparent and efficient ad measurement solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in Software development and surface-level skills in Machine Learning (KNN, Random Forest Classification, Hidden Markov Models) to lead our attribution project. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our engineering and sales teams, drive product innovation, and ensure the successful launch of the product. This is a senior role, and you will be reporting to the CEO of the organization.

• Coding Proficiency:
  Strong coding skills are essential. Must have a solid foundation in software engineering to understand and evaluate technical aspects of product development.
• AWS:
  Experience with AWS and familiarity with cloud infrastructure is important for overseeing scalable product deployment and ensuring robust performance.
• Git Hub:
  Proficiency in Git Hub is required to collaborate effectively with the engineering team, review commits and manage version control throughout the product lifecycle.
• Front-End Development:
  Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks is needed to ensure quality in user-facing features and enhance collaboration with the design team.
• UI/UX Understanding:
  Strong grasp of UI/UX principles to guide and assess design elements, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Figma Proficiency:
  Demonstrated ability to use Figma for prototyping, wire framing, and communicating design concepts is essential. This skill supports seamless collaboration between product and design teams and helps refine the user experience.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the blockchain or DeFi space.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Solve complex, open-ended problems with innovative solutions. Demonstrate strong data & analytical skills to break down and address multifaceted issues.
• Market Knowledge:
  In-depth knowledge of user behaviour, and competitive landscape. Knowledge of DeFi market trends is welcome.

  Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership:
  Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• User Empathy: A user-first mindset, focusing on delivering clear and immediate value to end-users.

  Capacity to think big picture and anticipate future product needs and market shifts.
• Domain Expertise:

• Product Leadership:
  This position is technical. You must know how to code. You must have professional experience as a software engineer to be accepted into this position. Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch. Lead the development of our products, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  You must do at least 4 customer interviews a week. All of these must be recorded and uploaded to One Drive and shared with the management team the moment you are done recording them. You will be given a budget to conduct these customer interviews. After each customer interview, you shall write both user stories and product requirement documents. Act as the primary liaison between engineering and design teams.
  
  Provide clear instructions and structured specifications to designers who may lack technical backgrounds.
• Design Collaboration & Prototyping:
  Proficiency in Figma is essential to support seamless product development. The Product Manager must be able to create and iterate on wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively with the design team and engineers. A deep understanding of Figma enables the PM to contribute directly to visual specifications, accelerate feedback cycles, and ensure alignment on design elements critical to the user experience.
