• General Ob/Gyn Practice
• 10 provider group – 7 physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
• 18‑20 Patients per day
• Monday thru Thursday (8am – 4:00pm) – Friday (8am – 2pm)
• Robotic Surgery
• Providers rotate between offices. Main location is at 6879 Southpointe Drive North, Jacksonville, FL.
• Precept residents from University of Florida

• MD/DO
• Current and Unrestricted State Medical License or ability to obtain
• Current and Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• Ob/Gyn Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
• Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn Residency Program
• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• Active BLS Certification
