Local Team Collaboration

• Join our close-knit team of 33 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs) at UF Health Jacksonville and UF Health Jacksonville North.
• Collaborate with dedicated clinical performance nurses and work closely with a wide array of specialists, case managers, and nurses.
• Be part of a Level I tertiary facility, where we engage in daily interdisciplinary meetings with key departments to optimize patient care.

• Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine.
• Valid Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in a hospitalist or inpatient setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• H1B and J1 candidates invited to apply; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered

• As a hospitalist, you will handle complex cases in a closed ICU, with intensivist coverage during the day and night.
• You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent care without the expectation of doing procedures or running codes.
• Collaborate with case management, nursing, and pharmacy to improve patient outcomes and streamline care.

• Compensation:
  Competitive salary from $250,000 to $328,500.
• Additional incentives for extra shifts.
