Were seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics) to join a physician-led team in Jacksonville, FL " a thriving coastal city with beautiful beaches, cultural attractions, and a growing population. This is a full-time outpatient role with no hospital rounding, allowing you to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to adults and seniors.

What We Offer Compensation: $240K"$300K base salary, plus performance incentives

What Youll Do Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to adult and senior patients Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions Perform exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and create treatment plans Work collaboratively within a supportive, physician-led environment Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited medical school Current (or eligible) Florida medical license Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred, but not required Bilingual Spanish a plus
