Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Breast Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to provide specialized care to patients with benign and malignant breast disease, working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical procedures for breast cancer and other breast-related conditions

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists

• Provide preoperative and postoperative care

• Participate in tumor boards and contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions

• Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery

• Engage in community outreach and patient education programs

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

• Completion of a Breast Surgery Fellowship accredited by the Society of Surgical Oncology (SSO) or equivalent

• Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery

• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
