• Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn Residency Program

  Female Pelvic and Reconstructive Surgery

• Female Pelvic and Reconstructive Surgery?
  
  BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)

• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility

• EMR: eClinical Works

• Monday thru Thursday (8am - 4:00pm) - Friday (8am - 2pm)

• Qualifications:

• MD/DO

• Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Florida

• Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain

• Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this

• Current BLS required
