• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of an accredited Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery (Total Joint).
• Active/Unrestricted Medical License in Florida (or ability to obtain one).
