• Conduct examinations and diagnose conditions of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and head and neck cancer surgeries.
• Respond promptly to ENT emergencies (airway obstruction, nosebleeds, traumatic injuries).
• Provide patient education on conditions, treatment options and post‑care care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

• In‑depth knowledge of otolaryngology principles (medical and surgical).
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions during surgery and emergencies.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information to patients.
• Excellent manual dexterity and precision.
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and teams.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in otolaryngology accredited by the ACGME or AOA.

• Board certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery (ABO‑HNS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery (AOBO‑HNS).
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida.

• Preferred: at least one year of clinical ENT experience.
