Locum Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician in Jacksonville, FL – Pay $1200–$1450/day
Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum Otolaryngology (ENT) physician in Jacksonville, FL. The assignment pays $1200/day to $1450/day and begins on 10‑06‑25 for 13 weeks.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct examinations and diagnose conditions of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Perform ENT surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and head and neck cancer surgeries.
- Respond promptly to ENT emergencies (airway obstruction, nosebleeds, traumatic injuries).
- Provide patient education on conditions, treatment options and post‑care care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- In‑depth knowledge of otolaryngology principles (medical and surgical).
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions during surgery and emergencies.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex information to patients.
- Excellent manual dexterity and precision.
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and teams.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Residency in otolaryngology accredited by the ACGME or AOA.
- Board certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery (ABO‑HNS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery (AOBO‑HNS).
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida.
- Preferred: at least one year of clinical ENT experience.
