Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 per year (commensurate with experience, aligned with MGMA benchmarks)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist) to join our established practice in Jacksonville, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse patient population, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of ENT conditions, including disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck

• Perform both medical and surgical treatments

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Provide patient education on treatment options and preventative care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program

• Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology

• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida

• Excellent communication and patient management skills
