Job Summary

Serves as a 12 month teacher to support schools and teachers.

• Facilitates lesson planning, assessment, and integration of standards into classroom routines, and models best practices.
• Serves as a liaison between the district offices and the school.
• Supports teachers and schools as well as students within the classroom setting.
• Coordinates and/or conducts staff development.
• Communicates vision and goals of district and builds program support.
• Locates and assists with acquiring appropriate resources, instructional materials, supplies and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Experience:

Five years successful teaching experience in the relevant content area

Certifications & Licenses:
Current Florida Department of Education Certificate in relevant content area
