Teacher - Middle - Dean

TEACHER STARTING SALARY IS $48,700. Additional Referendum money is available for the next four years starting at $7,730 for the 25‑26 school year; teachers hired during the school year will receive a prorated supplement amount based on the date of hire.

Implements the Duval County Code of Student Conduct at the school level. Problem solves with students, parents, and teachers regarding disciplinary issues. Supervises attendance procedures and student conduct. Plans and implements programs and procedures for the elimination of disciplinary problems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Two (2) years teaching experience. Strong experience in behavioral intervention and management techniques preferred.

Certifications & Licenses: Florida Department of Education Professional Certificate in appropriate subject area.
