Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind Kid Strong's programs and communicate it with flair.Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs.Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love Kid Strong!Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for.Center Operations:
Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.We want to hear from people who have a:
Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.CPR Certified: Or willingness to get it.
