We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teachers for the  school year. A preschool teacher plays a vital role in early childhood education. This role involves fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

• Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for preschool students
• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth in young learners
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive classroom culture
• Address behavioral or development challenges with appropriate strategies
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development

• Evidence of a genuine and active Christian lifestyle
• Demonstrates an understanding of the purpose of Christian Education
• Proficient teaching skills in a preschool environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge and experience with the Class observation tool is preferred
• Ability to design engaging and innovative lessons and activities
• Ability to multitask and effectively lead a classroom
• Ability to address behavioral or development challenges with appropriate strategies
• Collaborates effectively with a team of teachers
• Embraces a growth mindset

• CDA, AA in early childhood education
• DCF 45 hours certification
• Staff credentialing through DCF
• Previous experience in teaching preschool students is a plus
• Background screening
• U.S. citizenship is a must
