Base Pay: $60.00/hr (equivalent to $120,000/year) with weekly payment.

Lake Forest (Orange County), CA;
San Francisco, CA;
Miami, FL; or New York City, NY. Position is on‑site.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enthusiasm for reading.
• Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and extract meaningful insights.
• Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms.

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience leading small‑group reading interventions with early elementary learners.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate reading proficiency, organize student groups, and create differentiated lesson plans independent of packaged curricula.
• Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms, with the ability to adjust instruction based on student interaction patterns.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Available to work on‑site at one of the listed locations.
