- Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial contact through sustained engagement—at a single campus
- Leading persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that convert interested parents into dedicated advocates
- Acting as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported once enrolled
- Establishing credibility and visibility through consistent on-site engagement, local community partnerships, and deliberate outreach efforts
- Mobilizing parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence
- Depending on formulaic sales scripts or impersonal outreach strategies
- Transferring relationship development to campus staff or assuming a passive role
- Allowing organized parent coalitions to compromise or reshape Alpha's educational approach
- Operating remotely—this position is fully integrated into the parent journey and local community
- Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to the listed locations
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making
- Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model

Working with UsThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
