Admissions Recruiter; PhD, MBA, and Master's

Find the ambitious people who need a different kind of university, and give them a transformative start.

Many talented working adults want a master's or doctorate but can't pause their lives for a rigid, expensive program. Elton gives them a faster, more affordable path: a personalized MBA in under a year, a master's tailored to their goals, or a PhD by Publication in two to four years, all taught 1-on-1.

As our Admissions Recruiter, you will connect those people to Elton and guide them from first question to first Sprint.

• Recruit PhD, MBA, and master's candidates through outreach, partnerships, events, and online communities
• Host info sessions and talk with prospective students about their goals
• Explain how our model works: 1-on-1 instruction, personalized curricula, recognition of prior learning, and stacking credentials
• Help each applicant decide if Elton fits, and refer them elsewhere when it doesn't
• Guide admitted students through enrollment and a smooth first month
• Track your pipeline in our CRM and report on inquiries, conversions, and enrollment
• Share what you hear from prospects so we can improve our programs and message

• Have experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or advising, ideally with graduate or adult learners
• Listen well and ask good questions
• Can explain a new model clearly and honestly
• Feel energized by helping people take a big step
• Work well independently and track details

• Work remotely with flexible hours. Some evening and weekend info sessions will help you reach working professionals.
