• Schedules, prepares, and conducts certain sections of the Project Health Assessments (PHAs) in conjunction with the Sr. OpEx Engineer / Sr. OpEx Manager
• Manages the Client Survey Process, working with Project Executives to ensure surveys are scheduled and received
• Maintains and tracks status of projects in regard to kickoff meetings, building envelope reviews, client survey status, PHAs, etc.
• Attends, participates, and contributes at internal kick-off meetings
• Provides data for the annual Divisional and BU strategic plans
• Attends the company wide monthly OpEx peer group meetings
• Serves as a BU resource and guides employees on how to perform their daily tasks
• Participates in monthly project forecast meetings
• Coaches and mentors less experienced team members
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management
• 4 years of experience in the construction industry
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Excellent analytical skills
• Self-confident, self-motivated with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Procore and CMiC and ability to extract details associated with Change Management, Submittals, RFIs, Daily Reports, Meeting Minutes,…
