Volks Resources is urgently hiring experienced RAN Field Engineers for 5G Baseband Swap projects in Florida markets. This role is critical for supporting major network upgrades and ensuring seamless integration of next-generation technologies.

As a RAN Field Engineer, you will be responsible for performing on-site integration and swap activities for Ericsson and Verizon networks. You will work on cutting-edge 5G deployments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of field tasks. This position requires prior hands-on experience in field roles and strong technical expertise in RAN integration processes.

• Execute 5G Baseband Swaps in live network environments
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Ericsson RAN equipment
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and safety standards
• Collaborate with integration teams for smooth network transitions
• Document work performed and provide detailed reports

• Prior or current experience as a RAN Field Engineer
• Hands-on expertise in Ericsson RAN technologies
• Familiarity with Verizon network integration standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in field environments

• Experience with 5G s
• Knowledge of fiber backhaul and transport integration
• Vendor-specific certifications (Ericsson RAN)
• Familiarity with network performance testing tools
• Ability to manage multiple site swaps efficiently
