Thursday - Sunday, Night shift

Purpose of Role

This position will support the FC by performing maintenance work on the conveyor system, robotics, and related equipment. Maintenance involves, but is not limited to, the following trades: electrical, mechanical, welding/metal fabrication, and PIT repair. Position also involves equipment installation and repair, generation of reports, inventory of maintenance/facility parts.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in mechanical engineering to…
  • Maintain and/or replace conveyor, V-belts, gear boxes, and motor controls (drive cards)
  • Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM)
  • Perform Breakdown Analysis + utilize PLC
  • Perform daily equipment walkthrough
  • Read Schematics
  • Conduct electromechanics, robotics, and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Assist maintenance team as needed
An accomplished individual will possess…
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience maintaining FC/DC machinery + conveyance
  • Excellent mechanical + electrical abilities (up to 480V)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Regularly to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the shift and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist or crouch for entirety of shift.
