• Structural evaluations and restoration engineering.

• PE licensed in FL (required), additional states are preferred.
• Proven structural assessments & restoration expertise, a strong forensic background is preferred.
• Easily balances desk work and field engagement; closes loops without prompting. Clear over-communicator with high standards; values pace, and substance over politics.
• Sees metrics as clarity, not control.
• Understands that seniority is demonstrated through consistent output.
