In this position you will work with engineering, maintenance and operational teams to design, optimize, standardize and implement manufacturing processes to ensure the plant works as safely and efficiently as possible. You will troubleshoot mechanical process breakdowns and analyse data to complete a range of engineering projects to improve the plants manufacturing processes. You will monitor daily operations, design, develop and implement process improvements and provide technical support to operations, maintenance and quality teams.

The Position- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operational teams to design, optimise, standardise, and implement manufacturing processes
- Design, develop, and implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical faults and ensure the plant is working safely and efficiently
