Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Validation Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in validating a high-visibility raw material implementation project. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency across multiple manufacturing platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, conduct, and manage multiple engineering and material implementation/validation projects across diverse manufacturing platforms.
- Develop, implement, and qualify materials, equipment, and process enhancements to support priority material implementation.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.
- Lead project management activities to qualify materials, processes, equipment, systems, and tools.
- Perform root cause analysis to improve manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems.
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation, including change management and quality system records.
- Respond with agility to unplanned downtime or excessive rejects during protocols, developing solutions to successfully complete validations and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Experience in submitting test documentation and managing change requests.
- Hands‑on experience with nonconformance investigations and CAPAs.
- Background in working within regulated industry environments.
- Experience with validations and processing technical documents (DOE/IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Medical device industry experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
