Pro Sidian Seeks an Environmental Safety & Health Manager (A003) (CONUS/OCONUS) – Jacksonville, FL and the Caribbean | Senior Consultant - Full-Time, to support an engagement for the second largest civil works district in the US Army Corps of Engineers, with an area of responsibility encompassing Florida and the Caribbean.
This service supports DoD/Military Sector Clients and Pro Sidian Team Members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre to fulfill Blended (FFP/T&M) requirements for Environmental Remediation Services on behalf of the USACE district with area coverage including Florida and the Caribbean.

Participate in functional/technical role-based responsibilities and support related to:
The Pro Sidian Engagement Team shall perform a wide range of Environmental Remediation Services activities, environmental investigations related to remediation, water/wastewater services, industrial hygiene/safety support, and other related environmental conservation, pollution prevention, and remediation activities.
The team shall conduct geotechnical investigations including sampling and testing of soil, sediments, groundwater, and surface water; determine aquifer parameters and monitor groundwater elevations; test soils for chemical and geotechnical parameters.
The team shall provide comprehensive base sustainment, restoration, and modernization support, including materials, plant, tools, labor, and other incidentals to complete environmental compliance, evaluation, management, and remediation for construction inspections, quality assurance, and SRM initiatives as defined in Task Orders. SRM requires environmental compliance evaluation, remediation, and permitting during preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases.
Base Support includes environmental programs and initiatives to enhance operations and readiness, including office automation, customer interface, and technical support for environmental evaluation, compliance, remediation, and management.
