We are currently seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager for our Jacksonville or Orlando offices.

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team that may include civil designers, AutoCAD technicians, and interns.
  • Serve as the technical authority on all aspects of land development, from design through permitting and construction administration.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risks while ensuring all team members contribute to successful delivery.
  • Oversee quality control by reviewing plans for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, train, support, assign, and evaluate the work of the project team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar curriculum from ABET accredited college or university.
  • Licensed to practice as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida, or ability to obtain a Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) within six (6) months of hire.
  • Experience that includes Land Development Design for residential, commercial and industrial land development projects.
  • Proficient skills using AutoCAD, Water Cadd, ICPR, and Excel.
  • Familiar with collaborative working environments such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others, build effective and cohesive team.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials with considerable personal tact and initiative.
