Electrical / Telecommunications Project Manager
Be among the first 25 applicants. Join our innovative team to lead electrical/telecommunication projects for a large‑scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Mobilization will take place in summer 2026. Competitive salary: $130,000–$150,000. Company‑provided housing, vehicle, utilities, quarterly trips, and generous foreign income exclusion eligibility. Relocation to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is required along with a valid passport and in‑depth background screening.
Our Electrical PM is responsible for leading both telecommunications/data system and the electrical work and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- A BA/BS degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics, Construction Management, or related field.
- Five or more years of project‑management experience on commercial or industrial projects.
- Eight or more years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager/Superintendent in the electrical & telecommunication construction industry; design‑build experience desired.
- Proficiency in engineering design, system and standards.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Teams/SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet use.
- Software familiarity (McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk Build & Cost Management, BIM, Revit) preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour Certifications required; STS preferred.
- LEED GA Credential or LEED AP/AP+ preferred.
