Professional Land Development Engineer

I am partnered with a very successful full‑service professional consulting firm and they are seeking a Land Development Department Head to join their growing team. • Lead, mentor, and develop the land development team
• Identify, suggest, and secure projects from new and existing clients
• Provide guidance and direction for the land development team
• Coordinate and communicate with other staff, departments, municipalities, and private land development clients
• Manage projects
• Develop and manage client relationships

• Must be local to the state of Florida
• B.S., Civil Engineering or related field
• PE required in the state of Florida
• 10+ year’s of experience
• Must possess a high capacity for self‑motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects
• Experience with development of residential, commercial, office and industrial development projects in Florida
• Experience with project management and budgeting
• Strong relationships and contacts with regional developers, architects, municipal staff, and other regulatory agencies
