Test and Evaluation Specialist - Senior; EPASS EB Security Clearance

Position: Test and Evaluation Specialist - Senior (EPASS 79 EB) with Security Clearance
The Air Force Program Executive Officer for Weapons (AFPEO/WP) oversees the acquisition and sustainment of a wide range of Air Force munitions, missiles, and related systems. To support the Armament Directorate's ongoing mission, the Air Force seeks contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to supplement its military and civil service workforce.

Essential Job Functions:

The Contractor shall provide support to the Government on the following tasks:
* Provide T&E technical and engineering support by documenting the review, test concept development, test methodology development, test plan development, test execution, and test reporting, data reduction and analysis, and end-user operational testing.

* Utilize and apply Design of Experiments methods to plan and conduct test programs.

* Prepare (or advise others in the preparation of) criteria, computation/analyses, specifications, cost estimates test plans, and technical reports in the specific area of technical expertise.

* Select and apply engineering techniques and procedures to analyze and evaluate specific problem, data, or other features of the work which are broad in scope and complexity.

* Review and evaluate the quantity, quality, and overall adequacy of results and conclusions drawn from accomplishment of test engineering tasks.

* Develop new and innovative approaches to problems encountered, and accomplish assigned tasks with efficiency, timeliness, and thoroughness.

* Evaluate the configuration, capability, and operational relevance of test environments and ensure they are properly available for the thorough testing of software releases (e.g. fault insertion/fault identification).

* De-conflict schedule conflicts between multiple releases, providing high quality analysis and recommendations to the program test lead.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, US Citizenship is required. An Associate's degree plus 20 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 15 years of experience is required. Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
