Junior Structural Engineer

Startup Company Seeking Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our workforce as a Junior Engineer. • Bachelor/Masters of Civil or Structural Engineering and between 2 to 5 years’ experience.
• Proficient in ETABS, Safe, Sap, Revit, CAD, Excel for Engineering.
• Proficient with Florida Building Codes.
• Must have a good level of English.

• Performing Required Structural Checks, as well as interpret and revise engineering drawings.
• Structural Modeling using ETABS, SAFE and SAP.
• Ability to Coordinate between Structural and Different Departments (Arch & MEP)
• Preparation of design, including reviewing plans, calculations.
• Reinforced Concrete Structure Design (Columns, Beams, Walls, Slabs)
• Participate in contract bidding and administration.
• Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants and firm staff.
• Adjacent Property Survey Inspections.
• Vibration Monitoring Inspections.
• Communicate and interact with project team members, client representatives, review agencies and others as appropriate to project.
