Product Demonstrator Part Time – 8253 – Product Connections

Compensation: $14.00 per hour. Expected work hours do not exceed 25 per week.

Position is part‑time, with flexibility to adjust based on business needs.

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies.
• Intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare the event table for execution.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports per company policy.
• Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.
• Use the internet, navigate the company’s electronic systems, and access Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms.

Education/

Experience:

High school diploma or GED; or 1‑3 months of related experience preferred.

Computer

Skills:

Proficient in using personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handler permit may be required.

Physical Demands: Stand, walk, use hands, reach overhead up to 65 inches, lift up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart, operate cooking appliances, and handle cleaning supplies. Requires sustained movement, stoop, kneel, squat, and climb/step up a ladder.
