Pigtails & Crewcuts is a high-quality children’s salon dedicated to providing a fun and comfortable experience for everyone! Parents can rest easy in our clean, safe, and professional facilities designed to fit the individual needs of each child. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, age-appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, and toys.

Pigtails & Crewcuts Jacksonville is looking for a Part-Time Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring our salon runs smoothly day-to-day. We’re searching for a friendly, detail-oriented, customer service professional to be the warm, welcoming face of our salon. • Greet families and young guests with a smile, ensuring every visit starts with a positive experience
• Answer questions about our services, products, and promotions in person, by phone, and by email
• Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and care
• Process payments and issue receipts using our POS system
• Keep our front desk and waiting area clean, tidy, and inviting
• Restock retail items and snacks to ensure everything is fully stocked for our little clients and their parents

• At least 18 years of age
• A positive and professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a front desk/receptionist role is a plus!
