• Hourly: $27.00/hr – $35.00/hr
• Bonus compensation structure

• Manage incoming calls from various channels including social media and marketing inquiries.
• Assess patient needs, schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Follow‑up with patients post‑appointment.
• Schedule patient re‑care appointments.
• Interact with individual office locations regarding patient care.

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or telesales role.
• Minimum of 1 year of dental experience.
• Bi‑lingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Open Dental software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi‑task.
• Positive attitude is a must.

Full‑time. Includes early evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Successful candidates must be flexible and able to work any combination of these hours.
