Role OverviewJoin us to make legends happen! As an Event Coordinator, you will oversee all event operations, from set‑up to post‑event activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee all event operations, including set‑up, staffing, and cleaning.
- Act as the point of contact for each client, ensuring proper set‑up and smooth operation.
- Determine event requirements for physical set‑up and staffing through written, telephone, or personal contact with the client; maintain contact from pre‑event to post‑event.
- Coordinate and communicate client needs to internal and external teams.
- Provide clients with updates and cost estimate changes.
- Prepare and distribute front‑of‑house event information for each event.
- Assist in maintaining all event files.
- Oversee operations of contractors, concessionaires, and other vendors to ensure event requirements are met.
- Serve as Event Manager on Duty as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi‑demand environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Supervisory experience recommended; sales experience is a plus.
- Computer literacy: spreadsheets, MS Office, and diagramming skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- One year’s event management or coordination experience in a service industry field strongly preferred.

Working ConditionsHours are event‑driven, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
LocationJacksonville, Florida
Physical DemandsRequires moving around the facility, standing for long hours during events, and the ability to talk and hear. May require work inside or outside the building as needed.
