• Improve customer service experience, engage customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Maintain accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contact customers directly when necessary.
• Assist customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Collaborate with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Degree or GED preferred;
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual:
  English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel: 10-30%.
