- Plan and manage production timelines, tracking milestones and proactively flagging risks or delays before they impact delivery.
- Serve as the primary communication link between clients/publishers, internal production teams, and vendors providing clear, timely status updates and ensuring expectations stay aligned at every stage.
- Coordinate prepress, print, and delivery activities across teams, resolving issues quickly and communicating resolutions to all stakeholders.
- Run regular status meetings and produce concise progress reports for clients and leadership, translating production details into clear, actionable updates.
- Manage day-to-day vendor communication — confirming specs, schedules, and quality expectations, and escalating issues promptly when they arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation (schedules, specs, change logs) so all parties are always working from the same information.
