Through meticulous planning, problem-solving and an exceptional work ethic, our team consistently delivers high-quality experiences on a global stage.
Our reputation is built on one simple principle:
The event must happen without fail.
We're looking for a Production Executive to join our team and help deliver high-profile sports, brand experience and live events across the U.S and internationally. You'll work across projects from Ideation through to build, live event and breakdown, working closely with Production Managers, clients, suppliers and the wider project team. This is a hands-on role. We need someone who takes ownership, solves problems and gets things done.
As you develop, you'll take increasing responsibility for individual work streams, smaller projects and eventually full project delivery.
- Support the planning and delivery of events from start to finish.
- Manage suppliers, contractors and production partners.
- Obtain quotes, place orders and track costs against budgets.
- Coordinate artwork, print, fabrication and production requirements.
- Manage logistics, deliveries, installs and breakdowns.
- Coordinate crew, staffing and onsite requirements.
- Support health & safety documentation and RAMS.
- Attend sites and support builds, live events and de-rigs.
- Monitor schedules, deadlines and project deliverables.
- Identify problems early and help find practical solutions.
- Keep projects on time, on budget and to specification.
- Take ownership of your tasks and follow them through to completion.
- 1-2+ years' experience in events, production, experiential, exhibitions, sport or a related environment - although attitude and potential matter.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and willing to get involved.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Able to work accurately with schedules, budgets and project documentation.
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Comfortable working onsite and getting hands-on.
- Willing to travel and work weekends/out of hours when required.
- No ego - no job is beneath you.
You're hungry to learn, proactive and accountable. You don't need to know everything. You need to be someone who:
Spots problems. Owns them. Fixes them.
You ask questions, learn quickly and aren't afraid to get stuck in. You care about the details, take pride in your work and want to build a long-term career in event production.
THE OPPORTUNITYYou'll work alongside experienced Production Managers and gain exposure to every part of the production process - from planning and purchasing through to logistics, build and live delivery.
As your experience and confidence grow,…
