• Write detailed creative briefs for playable ad production, translating game DNA, audience insights, and performance data into clear creative direction
• Review team members’ briefs and provide constructive, actionable feedback
• Review playable ads across gameplay mechanics, visuals, UX flow, game feel, and polish to meet creative quality and performance goals
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, clarity, pacing, and player experience in playable concepts
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of creative professionals while maintaining quality standards
• Establish and improve creative review processes, feedback loops, and quality benchmarks
• Track creative performance metrics, market trends, and competitor playables to guide creative decisions
• Conduct creative research and explore ideas, interaction patterns, and emerging trends in playable advertising and mobile gaming

• Strong background in the gaming industry and understanding of game marketing and player conversion
• Hands-on experience creating, directing, reviewing, or optimizing playable ads
• Deep understanding of what makes a playable ad polished, engaging, and effective
• Strong creative brief-writing skills and ability to translate a game’s identity into actionable creative direction
• Ability to provide precise, actionable feedback on gameplay, UX, visuals, pacing, and execution
• Understanding of creative performance metrics, including CTR, IPM, retention, and engagement, and their impact on performance
• Experience conducting competitive intelligence and creative research in mobile gaming and playable ads
• Understanding of the user acquisition funnel and how playable creatives contribute to acquisition performance and campaign success
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with creative, technical, and production teams
• Leadership experience; experience managing or mentoring creative talent
