, a dynamic organization, seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can strategically lead and position the Credit Union for success. With a new brand/name change and future vision, this individual will be part of a high-performing team reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer.

The CFO will provide strategic oversight and make recommendations for the financial activities, including planning, controlling, and directing the Credit Union's accounting, financial, liquidity, and investment programs/systems. The incumbent will provide guidance, support, and counsel to the President/CEO and Board of Directors regarding the credit union's financial position, reporting systems, policies, procedures, and programs. The CFO will establish guidelines and coach and mentor the accounting and finance team while providing exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

A BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA or equivalent, and/or CPA is highly desirable. Must have 5-10 years of CFO experience with knowledge of partnering with 3rd party vendors on ALM management. A demonstrated understanding of strategy, finance, accounting, ALM, investment strategies, accounting principles, and financial regulations; possess excellent communication skills and have the most outstanding levels of integrity and trust.

Exceptional leadership and mentorship of teams are essential in this role.
