• Performs all activity related to individual loan funding, including wire requests, monitoring of closing agents, line balancing, collateral traffic, payoffs, and reconciliation process.
• Work with mortgage bankers via phone and e-mail for any information needed in the funding, collateral, or payoff of their loans.
• Handle inquiries from mortgage bankers, as needed.
• Multi-tasking required within a team environment.
• Candidate must be willing and able to learn the various areas within the department, while maintaining accuracy and service levels.
• Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years’ experience in mortgage loan related environment.
• Experience in one of the following preferred:
  Mortgage Warehouse Operations, Mortgage Loan Setup, Mortgage Loan Closer, Post-Closing, Funder, Shipper, Collateral, Lock Desk, Wire Desk.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
• Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
