Our Teller Floater position involves floating to different branch locations as needed, offering variety and the opportunity to make an impact across the organization.
Your Responsibilities As a Teller- Operate a cash drawer/cash dispensing machine on all types of teller transactions. Verify completeness of all documentation and enter the transaction in a terminal.
- Balance cash at established times, reconcile entries with the system, and prepare transmittals of work according to daily procedures. Understand opening and closing procedures and handle all member account inquiries.
- Meet individual monthly referral goals. Utilize appropriate cross‑servicing techniques to provide potential/current members information regarding credit union products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
- Maintain a high standard for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide friendly, professional, accurate service and support to all members and staff.
- One year of cash handling experience, six months of customer service and sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
