As the largest pediatric clinic in Jacksonville, serving seven locations with nearly 20,000 patients, Angel Kids Pediatrics believes that caring for children is a continual process. We provide excellent medical care in a family and community-based environment.

• Analyze and forecast revenue and expenditure trends.
• Prepare financial reports for internal use and external requirements.
• Develop financial growth plans and maintain budgets for the nonprofit organization.
• Manage account employees and evaluate financial risk.
• Prepare income statements and financial transactions for assigned departments.
• Provide financial training to employees as needed.
• Monitors budget expenditures and prepares written reports and analysis to management.
• Prepare federal, state and other regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

• Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry.
• Experience in nonprofit financial and grant management and grant financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Quick Books, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Researching and recommending cost‑saving strategies.
• Creating financial forecasts and projections.
• Experience with spreadsheet and financial analysis software.
• Attention to detail compounded with patience and tenacity.
• Knowledge of regulatory and other financial standards and requirements.
• Understanding of taxation, payroll and other fiscal aspects of a business.
• Experience conducting audits.

• Three years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Two years developing and maintaining budgets for nonprofit organizations.

This job operates in a professional medical office environment, fast‑paced, highly customer‑service, working with children and family guardians. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones as well as medical equipment.

Stand, walk or sit for long hours. Occasionally move or lift at least 20 lbs. Able to communicate efficiently in front of large or small crowds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Full‑time. Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
