We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and support our strategic financial initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making across the company. This position will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and performance reporting related to our commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of commercial real estate finance, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for property acquisitions, dispositions, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of commercial properties, including cash flow projections, IRR, and NPV calculations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for company-owned assets.
• Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive positioning to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including asset management, leasing, and accounting, to enhance financial performance.
• Support capital expenditure planning and debt financing activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate valuation techniques.
• Experience with real estate financial software (Argus, Yardi, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
