• Support members with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide them through loan and credit card applications.
• Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies.
• Educate members on our full suite of products and services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
• Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
• Assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.

Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
